My stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made a big difference throughout my trip. The hotel was impeccably clean and very well maintained, providing comfort and peace of mind during my entire stay. We were walking distance to Amtrak, the Lyric Opera, the Bean, Mich Ave. The hotel lobby is lovely with a wine pour late afternoon. The staff was friendly, pleasant. Pizza in the restaurant downstairs - OUTSTANDING
