Comfortable Place.

We were glad to have booked this hotel- 6 nights. Staff were pleasant and always ready to offer assistance. Our check-in and out process was quick and easy. Our room was clean, spacious and well maintained. It came with the usual amenities. Wifi connection was strong throughout the property. The hotel is a short walk to many historical places of interest. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. There is overnight valet parking for a fee. This is a great place to stay in historic Philadelphia.

Great IHG choice

Very nice IHG hotel right across the street from Independence Hall. The rooms are beautiful. The only small hiccup was the very slow valet service. We checked out at 11:30 and it took an hour for them to bring our car.Other than that, it was a great stay.

Cons: It takes a considerable amount of time for hot water to come out in the bathroom. The water pressure is weak. It takes too long for the valet parking service to bring the car, and when calling the phone number on the ticket, we had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes after making the call.
