Fantastic Chase Hotel
Our family of five had a wonderful stay here! Fun, elegant & unpretentious vibe with 5star service! The staff, especially Matthew, was so professional & helpful, going above and beyond to make us all comfortable. Great location with easy accessibility to walk to some of the best spots in the city. love the amenities including free bikes/kayaks, the cocktail social hour and the beds/linens were very nice.
Warm and welcoming boutique hotel
The Kimpton Marlowe is a lovely boutique hotel in Cambridge. The staff were all very nice, the restaurant breakfast/brunches were excellent, and my room was comfortable and well-appointed. I enjoy staying in smaller hotels, so this was a great fit for me. The only small negative is that I was in a connecting room, and my neighbor came over to complain about how loud my audiobook was. Personally, I didn't have issues with other guests being loud. The hotel is comparably priced to others in the area. Broken AC, No housekeeping, and a lost item. Otherwise good stay.
This hotel is among Amex’ Fine Hotels and Resorts so I was excited for this July 4 stay. The stay was generally ok, except the AC would stop cooling every hour or two. This wasn’t acceptable for a July in Cambridge so I called down the next morning and ask for a repair while we were out. Not sure whether anyone came (the front desk seemed to have forgotten about it) and the room was still warm for the remainder of the stay. Even worse, however, was that they were unable to find my MagSafe device, which is the size of a credit card and was in the safe. When I alerted them of the issue, they s
