Spacious and contemporarily re-designed hotel in an excellent location, very comfortable
Pros: The lobby is nice. The bell boy was friendly as was the security guard. My friend asked for a blanket that literally never arrived and when he went to ask again. It was late in the night and it took over 30 minutes to get a blanket.
Cons: I liked the property. There was nothing I didn’t like

Great hotel in Cleveland
All of the employees were super helpful and friendly. The room was large (though no robe and slippers?) and the bathroom enormous. Large comfortable bed with good linens. The AC drowned out most of the noise in the hallway and neighboring rooms, but I don't think there was much at all. I asked for a quiet room and got one, it faced an older (empty I think) building so no street noise at all! Ella was very responsive with my pre-stay emails and getting me that room. Joshua was very kind to sort out a minor housekeeping issue and Nicole helped with that. The food at Betts was delicious and those
