Enjoy your stay
Pros: Convenient location close to the metro for access to London. Free parking but spaces are small and fill up quickly. Nice shower, very attentive staff. Cons: Bathroom needs refreshing, moldy grout. Ask for a room not facing the street as it is quite noisy. Cleanliness of the floor to be improved and beds are a bit saggy.
Cheap and cheerful :)
Pros: Looks lovely from the reception area Cons: The bedroom and bathroom seem very unclean, wallpaper coming off the wall, had two dirty towels with makeup on them. Bathroom could use a thorough cleaning.
It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at
Pros: The foyer was very nice Cons: In my room, the bathroom door handle was broken, so the door wouldn't stay closed, my friend and I could see into the bathroom when we were in it, and the shower was covered in black mold. Also, half the springs in the bed were broken, so the bed was very lumpy. We tried to use the kettle in the room to make pot noodles, but it was full of mold.
No-return hotel
Pros: The hotel was relatively close to Wembley stadium and 40 minutes from the airport. Friendly staff at the reception and housekeeping! Cons: The room was not properly cleaned. Also, possibly due to the heat wave, the room was infested with small bugs, especially in the bathroom. They were everywhere. Initially, we thought they were bed bugs. Very uncomfortable to have bugs all over myself, clothes, makeup, etc. Don't want to sound negative, but this is the reality. No air conditioner, only a small electric fan.
