A pleasant comfortable stay in a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Manchester.

Front desk was superb as soon as I entered. The coffee/tea bar in our room is great. All good.

Pros: Stayed at King Street a few times over the years and it’s always been well kept, incredibly polite and helpful staff Cons: Only thing that disappointed me during this stay is the fact the pool was closed (we were made aware but only after booking, essential maintenance which is fair enough and can’t be avoided), weren’t made aware that the showing of the football was a ticket only event when we were turned away from watching it, and also we went up to the terrace bar hoping to catch a drink and a chill before checking out, only to again be removed as it was closed for a private event but
