Pros: Apartment was clean and spacious. Good shower and toiletries. Nice balcony Gorgeous pool area. Breakfast was fine. They allowed us to check out a couple of ours late which was much appreciated. Location on Westlands was good and it felt very secure. Cons: The sofa bed was a disgrace - it was not set up on arrival, they seemed surprised we wanted it setting up despite the room being booked for 3. The sheets barley fit the bed, no mattress cover and the mattress wasn't even a proper mattress, had a huge big gap right across it horizontally where the seat and back of the sofa joined - made

Jolie hôtel personnel peu aimable pour certains

Pros: Jolie rooftop emplacement parfait dans un quartier très safe avec centre commercial coller à l’hôtel Cons: Le personnel n’as pas répondu à mon en revoir la politesse es à revoir pour certains vraiment dommage

Short stay in Nairobi Westlands

Pros: Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe (100m) des großen Einkaufscenters Westgate. Es scheint mir relativ neu zu sein, hat einen großen Fitnessraum und im 11 Stock ein nettes Swimmingpool, von dem man über die Stadt blicken kann. Das Restaurant im zweiten Stock ist ganz nett, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen sind voll okay. Die Security scheint mir gut zu sein, ist für neue Gäste etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig aber durchaus üblich in Nairobi. Das Grundstück gegenüber dem Hotel ist mehr oder weniger eine Baustelle, was aber nicht stört. Das Zimmer ist klein aber ganz in Ordnung und nett

Pros: Limpieza, se ve moderno, la habitación está bien y el desayuno normal Cons: Pregunté semanas antes ir si podíamos hacer check-in antes porque nuestro vuelo llegaba muy temprano. Nos dijeron que sí, si había disponibilidad. Llegamos, hay disponibilidad, pero por entrar menos de 3h antes de la hora nos querían cobrar la mitad del precio de la noche. Si nos lo llegan a comunicar cuando preguntamos, hubiéramos elegido otro.
