Cheap and cheerful. Happy customer

Tiny room with single bed, very small bathroom. Room upkeep is very run down and in need of repair. Check in on Expedia said 2pm but when I got there receptionist said it’s 3pm However, the bed was comfy, the street nice and quiet so I had a good nights sleep. The radiator kept the room warm and the shower had plenty of hot water. A towel, soap and shampoo provided. £60 on a Thursday night in central London, you can’t say fairer than that. 2 mins walk from King’s Cross train station, I would stay here again.

Got the top floor , lots of stairs lol. But this place was a really good price and location for our stay. Thank you!

I have stayed in many hotels around the kings Cross area for business. This hotel is only suitable for a very short stay and although ideally close to Kings Cross for transport the amenities and room are very tired and need of a lot of TLC. I booked a double en-suite. A few thoughts: No chair, very tight space, no cupboard, very poor wifi glad I had my own. Toilet seat broken, shower door broken, intermitten poor water presure in shower. Decoration poor, no heating they must put it on when it gets really cold. No soundproofing in rooms. Upside, it was quiet enough, close to transportati
