Not what it used to be. Still comfortable rooms but expensive for what you now get.
Pros: Rooms were comfortable and stocked with coffee and tea. Carpeted floors. Restaurant and bar very nicely fitted. Good central location. Cons: No longer parking available with the hotel, spa was closed for refurbishment - the main reason I chose the hotel having used it a few years ago. But the room price still quite high given the facilities were closed. The walls are paper-thin and this particular stay was extremely noisy. Not sure I'll stay again, given the many other options in the Cotswolds for a similar price, and where breakfast is probably included.

Exceptional hotel and glorious room overlooking the market square. Reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Bar staff the same. Wish my stay had been longer!
