My Go-To Stay in Cincy!
Galen ensured a spectacular stay, as always! The Kinley will be our forever go to when visiting Cincy. The pristine cleanliness, attention to detail, and expert service is unmatched. I highly recommend The Kinley to anyone seeking a prime location and luxurious stay in Cincinnati.
Amazing stay
We stay here every time we return home to visit family, and it consistently exceeds our expectations. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and the high ceilings make them feel especially open and comfortable. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure each stay is exceptional—and even more impressively, they remembered us by name when we arrived, despite it having been several months since our last visit. That level of care and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated. It is clear that the leadership here is exceptional. T

Phenomenal Experience
Our stay at the Kinley Hotel in downtown Cincinnati was wonderful from start to finish. Even before we arrived, the email communication was excellent — clear, helpful, and thoughtful, making sure we were fully prepared and felt welcomed ahead of time. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Dan, whose friendliness and professionalism immediately set the tone for a great stay. It’s clear the team here is well supported and genuinely takes pride in creating a great guest experience. The room was larger than expected being downtown. It was comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, and impeccably clean
