Pros: Great location. Cons: It was rather hot on the weekend I was staying at this hotel and while the cooling system wasn’t working, they only fan they could provide was technically a heater. This basically felt like a joke. The room was so warm I couldn’t use my laptop for more than a few minutes. The bed also didn’t have a top sheet.
Good value for money
Pros: Good value for money. Cons: The AC doesn’t work. I requested for a fan as it was stated that you can collect them from reception if the AC doesn’t work however they ran out. Room can get quite warm and I was not aware there would be no windows to the room.
Torture. I burned hot the entire night and the staff are vile.
Pros: Nothing. The room was so small I couldn’t open my suitcase in it. It was extremely claustrophobic. It was stifling. No air. The fans do not work. It was horrible. The staff are horrible. They don’t smile. They don’t care to help. Just miserable. The coffee is false advertising. It’s the cheap instant kenco coffee made behind reception from a plastic kettle and tap water. They do not have a genuine 24/7 what’s app. To date no one replied when I was sweating from the heat of the room and needed a working fan. They don’t listen when you put do not disturb signs on they still come in. They d
