Everything was perfect, but the service during the breakfast. There was only one waiter and he was very unfriendly. All the other employees were very attentive and friendly, especially the girls at the front desk!

The pools are barely heated. We booked the Mystic suite with the cave pool which really just meant the whole suite was like a sauna due to moisture. Breakfast was really good. Staff were great.

It was AMAZING EXPERIENCE. The staff was AMAZING. The Restaurant was an AMAZING dining Experience. The property has a Breathtaking View. I would highly recommend this property.

When we arrived our room seemed as if it had not been cleaned completely. There were stains on the top cover (sheet) of the bed. We contacted the front desk and were told they would change the sheet the next day! Some towels were missing from the initially provided set as compared to what was supplied the rest of our stay. The private jacuzzi/pool was very cloudy, once it was cleaned the next day, it was clear. There was a lot of peeling paint around the facilities.
