Thomas was excellent at helping us be comfortable with our stay
Thomas was excellent at helping us be comfortable with our stay. This is a prime location. Right next to Pile Gate so rolling luggage to it was very easy. Excellent view of the plaza and ancient fountain and church from our window. Access to the wall is right across the plaza. This is the hotel you want to stay in.

Place is in the old town and can be quite difficult to find because lodgings are not allowed to have signs
Place is in the old town and can be quite difficult to find because lodgings are not allowed to have signs. However it is just across from Big Onofrio’s Fountain at the Pile Gate. If still having trouble finding it just go into the Hard Rock Cafe and ask. They will gladly show you the entrance which is just across the street. Once found it is a great and quiet place to stay.

The room was very clean, the walls were a little thin and you could clearly hear people above us talking, but would still recommend it
The room was very clean, the walls were a little thin and you could clearly hear people above us talking, but would still recommend it. Location in Old Town just inside Pile Gate was excellent. Would stay there again.
