I am sorry for booking your hotel as a black South African.

Pros: Nothing …pictures from Booking.com deceived me Cons: Reception staff very cold, I felt like I was intruding or trespassing in the hotel I had paid for. Requesting iron & board took over 45min to get to my room after several calls made to reception. The attitude from the receptionist who took long to pick up the phone. As I got sick, I slept in till about 11:30am and housekeeper knocked to service room. When I asked her to come back a little later…she rolled her eyes on me. The only person who was lovely was a lady at breakfast whom assisted me with breakfast box to take to my room as I w
