Do not stay here
No hot water for 2/3 mornings we stayed Delivery bays outside window with constant night shift deliveries/operations kept us awake all 3 nights we stayed.

Lovely stay!
I really enjoyed staying here for the Fringe fest! It's super close to George Square (Assembly) but still very quiet and peaceful. The room was very comfortable. It had two shower heads and a big bed. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again!

The staff at KM Hotel were top tier, very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage until check in, as well as run a load of laundry at the end of our stay, which was very convenient. Breakfast was also delicious with lots of options for the buffet, and staff there were very accommodating as well. Only critique of the propery is that we were on the first floor directly above the entrance to the hotel looking over Richmond Place. It was quite noisy at night, between Uni kids hanging out smoking (the smell would get into the room with open windows, but was a little stuffy if
