Pros: Decent location Cons: The beds and pillows were like rocks. We were told we weren't allowed to use any water due to a busted pipe and if we did it was going to be dirty water so we couldnt even brush teeth or have showers

Hard to say. There are pluses and minuses. I would say overall 8 out of 10.

Pros: Nice location, beautiful street within close proximity to the City centre. It has cooking facility, so I could have a proper breakfast. Cons: There is a $10 per day charge for a parking spot that is not even guaranteed. Very noisy because of construction works adjacent, which I assume might be temporary. Bathroom needs a bit of updating.
