Good hotel

Pros: Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Tasty food from restaurant. Good choices for breakfast. Spa was amazing, treatment packages are really good value. Probably would stay again. We got good room rates. Cons: The bar/lounge area wasn't open, so we sat in the large foyer area in the evening for drinks. Lots of comfortable sofas. But it was a pity that the lounge area was closed. Room was clean and spacious, but had a musty smell. Household staff knocked at 10.45am to clean the room, but our check out time wasn't until 11. No trays in breakfast room to carry the hot plates !
