Lovely housekeeping team

It's our first time to Komune Living and Wellness. It's very convenient and new even they had completed their renovation a few years ago. Glad they maintained it very well. The time we went there was 1st day of Chinese New Year. The lobby and other facilities in the hotel were not crowded which both my family and I was very happy about. The room was lovely. It’s worth of the money that we spend on. The bed is very comfortable. Since I'm pregnant, I was having some issues that I couldn't sleep due to the room only provide 2pillow for 2pax. I needed extra pillow for me to sleep comfortably. So,

The rooms were well-maintained and very clean. Although there was a water leakage from the air-conditioning unit in one of the rooms initially, the front desk staff promptly arranged a room change for us once we reported the issue. The housekeeping team was extremely diligent—I often saw them actively cleaning both the rooms and the common areas. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room with washers and dryers available at RM10 per use, which was very practical for families. As an eco-friendly hotel, amenities such as toothbrushes are not provided, and I fully support this green initiat

Excellent facilities

We held our school prom in the Kommune function room, and the service was excellent. Ms. Hema was very helpful throughout the process, and immediately fixed any issues that we had. The food provided was surprisingly good, and the function room itself was very impressive. Looking forward to using Kommune again next year.
