Kozi Suites Nairobi Airport

Excellent services

The pick up from the airport was easy because the communication was excellent. The place was perfect for my one night in transit.

Based on your response, your unprofessionalism and lack of tact speaks volumes. I spent over 155500 on my stay and would not complain about a measly 14500. You are clearly in need of more training because your mathematical skills are subpar. You also gaslighted me when you are clearly the one with a problem. Money is not a problem for me. I don't see why you would resort to tricks and name calling just because of a simply review. I actually find it funny. I honestly don't care what you think about me. I was able to afford all that money for my stay and if I say it was terrible, it clearly was.

There were people attempting to enter my room at different times and the staff had some thieves. I used to order food from outside and they charged me 14000 saying I bought food at their restaurant.

Very convenient for a one night stay after a long flight from UK. We were very satisfied with the service and helpful staff and the room was spacious and clean for an affordable price. However, we were very warm in the room at night as no fan or air con and bathroom was in need of renovation.
