Comfortable and happy!
Excellent location, very friendly and attentive hotel staff. The hotel gives you two bottles of mineral water upon arrival and the possibility to refill them. Also, you can have a delicious coffee at any time. They will store your luggage after check out. Impeccable, thank you!

Cómodos y felices! I highly recommend it
Pros: Excelente ubicación! This was one of my favorite things about Krisotel. The reception staff were also very welcoming and friendly. I really appreciated that they offered complimentary water and coffee at any time. Cons: I don't have negative or constructive feedback. Everything was good.

Nice location. No leg room
Pros: La ubicación. Easy check in, friendly staff. Cons: Very small room, especially the bathroom - the toilet gave little to no leg room. The room itself was incredibly small - and the view was of a dried out drainage... basin?

We give an unrestricted recommendation
A well-kept 3-star hotel in a central location - many sights in Amsterdam are within easy walking distance. There is also a tram stop nearby. The rooms are simple but functional and were cleaned daily. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good and complemented with fresh fruit. We felt completely comfortable and would book the hotel again at any time.
