I travelled all the way to London specifically for this booking, only to be told at the time of check-in that I was not allowed to stay because of a previous stay I had made with Kula in Birmingham. Pros: La casa accogliente e sistemata bene, ti danno a disposizione gli elettrodomestici, utensili, saponi e pasticche per mandare lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Il bagno spazioso con a disposizione shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma. Non abbiamo trovato elettrodomestici difettosi o non funzionanti, il wi-fi molto efficente. Abbiamo mandato dei messaggi al gestore che ha sempre risposto esaustivamente, delle volte impiegava un po' di tempo, ma comunque ha sempre risposto. Pros: Ambiente spazioso,cucina attrezzata,aria condizionata efficiente,letto comodo,bagno con doccia spaziosa. Dotazione per Nespresso,lavatrice e lavastoviglie buone per una settimana di soggiorno Ampie vetrate con vista sui grattacieli. Posizione ottima con 2 linee di metro molto vicine Quartieri lungo il Tamigi con tanti ristoranti e locali Cons: Divano e poltrona da rivedere le condizioni generali.Manca una scopa/aspirapolvere. Pros: Die Lage und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit Cons: Es fehlt ein großer Spiegel und im Bad eine Steckdose für den Föhn. Die Möbel sind etwas verschmutzt und auch der Balkon könnte saubere sein. Leider fehlt auch ein Besen.
