Poor
Pros: Location near the airport Cons: On arrival, the door to the floor of the appartment was locked and there was no one to help. The contact number provided was not answering anymore, so at last, an alternative place had to be booked.

Value for money
Pros: The property is a small and cozy one. Located approximately 4km from Nairobi International airport. Well maintained 1bhk. Cons: Meeting someone in person while we checked in would have been better for us, but Rachel helped us out every step of the way.
