A scandal

Cons: After a flight cancellation, I reserved two rooms via Booking, for myself and my 96 year old mother. I telephoned the hotel to check the reservation was properly received, and assured that all was ok, and that I could turn up as late as I liked. When I arrived at about 11pm, I was informed that only one room was available. The reservation system had allowed EasyJet to block book, and overwrite one of our rooms.
