Pros: The location was very good for my needs Cons: The house is outdated, it could use a renovation. Very expensive for what they offer. It wasn't completely clean... It has a lot of humidity. The mattresses are soft... In this day and age, I had to use the heater when they could have left a proper stove

Perfect place to study and stay in the summer with the pool
Pros: The location of the house in front of Catadau where the restaurants and shops are, in addition to its proximity to the EFA. It is a quiet place that helps with studying, which was the reason for renting, it's great to study on an outdoor terrace. Cons: No negative points to mention. Perhaps the height of the ceilings in the bedroom and bathroom area.
