Affordable, Clean, and Great Location

Pros: I liked that the property parking lot was spacious, all amenities were open including the pool and breakfast, safe location, and modern rooms. I’ve stayed in 5 different hotels in the Richardson-Allen area for work and this is now one of my favorites. Cons: When needing quarters for the laundry room the staff attendant was no where to be found and another guest was already waiting in the lobby for a long period of time. For context this was around 8PM.

Pros: The staff was great and the hot tub and pool were amazing 👏 🤩 Cons: No towels at pool and breakfast was over at straight up 9am. Couldn't get anything at 9:10am

La Quinta Hotel - Great Staff & Hotel, Plano location right off I-75, Recommend

We met with the manager, Keny, about changing our room. He was kind, listened, and made a change for us to another room. It was a great room & we were thankful that he made it available. Ti Anna, at the front desk, also was very kind and took care of some of our needs. We have stayed at this location before & will be staying there again in the future, if we need a hotel in this area. They have a breakfast area .... fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, you can make your own waffles, 3 or 4 dry cereals to pick from, yogurt, pastries, small muffins, (and more, but that's all I remember)..... a

Pros: The breakfast was awesome however they didn't refill any of the danishes Cons: It was very peaceful and quiet at the hotel through the week but over the weekend there were kids that moved in and they were running up and down the Halls being very disrespectful and none of the staff did anything about it. There were a few families with several children who look like they may have been friends of the staff and were not necessarily staying at the hotel. These kids came into the pool area and we're jumping off the hot tub wall into the pool splashing all the guests and being very obnoxious
