The room was okay even those there were no towels in room. Also staff made it miserable to have a nice stay.
Pros: The location on and off of the freeway. The closeness to Kings Island. Cons: After the 1st night - they tried to say I didn’t have a reservation for 2 more nights. They disabled my key card to get in room. They did the same thing the next day. Then they tried to charge me more at check out .they said I couldn’t check out until I paid it. I showed them the booking saying I paid in full and they still said I owed.

It was pleasant
Cons: Our TV didn't work.....front desk did move us to another room. There are renovations that need completed in the hotel. (the vent in bathroom was missing, furniture desk chair missing a wheel and bathtub probably needs non slippery stuff. We were fine but someone could fall
