Cons: Sink didnt work. Weird people sitting outside. Bad smell in the hallway.

Poor customer service

Pros: Clean Cons: The fact my 15 year old got locked of the hotel and the front desk was an ass and when I called they hung my daughter's phone up and was not willing to helpalso asked for a blanket they said they would come never showed up , breakfast was shit and no sugar free syrup for my brother who's diabetic

Pros: Price and convenience Cons: Facility seemed little dated

Disappointed and frustrated

Pros: Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Cons: The Tv didn’t work; the wrong universal remote was in the room. There were no hand towels, no usb port available. There were broken toilet paper holders(2). There was duct tape on adjoining door over the latch but the deadbolt worked. The bathroom door strike plate looked like it was installed by a child, no hairdryer as advertised. There was 20 feet of jumbled cable line attached under the window just laying on the floor. The bathroom was dated with paint splattered on the floor and trim. The toilet connections were loose from the floor.

Pros: Nice location for our trip Cons: Not enough pillows, 1 per bed not enough. No more were available.
