Pros: Nothing Cons: Upon walking in I was hit with the smell of dirty mop water and an incompetent front desk agent who could not locate my bookings. This location is beyond dirty and the service matched. When you get on the elevator it doesn’t look safe to ride. And I got on both. There was splatter on the walls of the elevator look like there had been a homicide in it. The rooms smelled of cigarettes and cheap cleaners and filthy and dingy. Do not recommend left and did not stay. Went with Hyatt nearby. Hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Do not book here I wish someone tol

Booking.com made a mess of booking by not sending it over to the hotel, had to end up paying more money to purchase anot

Pros: Good location from just getting out of the airport Cons: Quite grubby, same to be said for a lot of places in Orlando to be fair unless you're staying in a big-named resort

Pros: Clean great location Cons: Shuttle service was not available. Upon check-in they did not tell us we had to arrange the shuttle to the airport ahead of time. Just that it stopped every hour. But if you don’t tell them, shuttle doesn’t show up. Had to take an uber at 6am

Pros: Staff was helpful, close to the airport Cons: Bathroom and toilet looked old, food truck on-site is mainly Mexican, you will have to order food if you want something different.
