Pros: Good location, close to metro, bus stops, restaurants, and points of interest. Comfortable room with minibar, coffee maker, and microwave. Breakfast included in our rate. Welcome drink offered. Cons: There was no cleaning for the 3 days we stayed, despite requesting it. A security deposit of $150 was charged in addition to the accommodation cost and taxes, which they said would be refunded... We are waiting...

Pros: Location and room size Cons: Breakfast was poor. Charging $5 per bag for storage on checkout. No room cleaning. Breakfast was terrible.
Scammers are using the card you leave as a guarantee three days after you leave and thousands of kilometers away
Cons: They have charged me $57 on the card left as a guarantee and they do not tell me why, neither Booking helps when the full payment has been processed by Booking and it said that I did not have to pay anything, that the taxes were included
