A rude and disappointing experience

I booked at this La Quinta hotel as a Crew member, after a very long night of flying. The courtesy driver of this hotel was disappointedly rude and belligerent towards me, from the moment of being picked up from the airport. The hotel offered me a beautiful suite for my stay, which buffered this first impression. The following morning however, in need of getting to the airport earlier than I had expected, I requested for the van and the driver flat out refused. Booked a King Suite, got a double

Booked a King Suite, got a double. No explanation, just blaming third party and hotel. Received a roller bed with no sheets, old duvet, no follow-up from hotel. Poor service, no compensation from hotel. Very disappointed and won’t will never use this hotel chain again.

Terrible Experience!!!

The room wasn’t ready at 3pm and was told they didn’t know when it would be ready. We requested a refund to find different hotel and was informed that we would have to contact hotels.com. When hotels.com contacted the property the front desk agent stated we attempted to check in at 11am and again at 1pm and the room was ready. I had receipts showing that 11:18 we were eating lunch over an hour away and at 1 we were shopping at a mall. Either way we went in and they sent us to a room, upon entering the room it was tore apart being sprayed by pest exterminators. We exited the room where they wer
