Good hotel

Pros: Breakfast was good, location was prime, and transit time to downtown Louisville was good. Cons: Room service could have come earlier, we were sometimes in the room when they came to service it.

Happy traveler

Pros: The couch in the room was nice, the bed was comfy, I loved that room service came and replenished our room while we were out exploring. Cons: Hallways and elevator was hot, our door card got deactivated between day 1 and day 2, the t.v. remote was difficult to work.

Cons: The person in rm 303 told us he saw bed bugs in his rm. We were in a rm near him. There was a light in the front that was blinking all night. It was annoying.
