Great Hotel with amazing location.
Pros: The amazing location and the size of the room. The service was amazing, especially from the Check-in Staff 'Ms Thuong'. Thank you. Cons: The morning buffet could have been better and aligned with the needs of European guests.

Beautiful rooftop pool, good buffet, and good location. Service from the manager was exceptional. Appreciated the help to arrange a birthday surprise set up for my son, some slight hiccups with the timing of the cake but the decorations and set up were 10/10 and good value

Pros: Clean and beautiful room
Pros: Clean and beautiful room. The hotel's location is very convenient to travel to various places. Cons: Encountered some unnecessary arguments with hotel staff during check-in. As a result, I had to stay in a room of a lower grade, but in return, I got a higher floor.
