Wonderful

Pros: The staff were very understanding and acommodating. Our requests were also approved regarding our rooms close to each other. As a group of 11 these approvals were very appreciated. The rooms were clean and the location was very good because across the street is a 7/11 and a few mins walk is a Life grocery store. Cons: None

Very nice place to stay in Kyoto!

Pros: My room, a Standard Double Room, was quite spacious for a solo traveler like me. Not at all cramped like a lot of the rooms you get in Japan. So, that was a big plus right off the bat. Then, I hit the public bath soon after checking in around 4:00 p.m. and nobody else was there, so that was a relaxing treat after trekking around all day in summertime boiling hot Kyoto. The front desk staff, restaurant staff, all get high marks. Efficient, with lots of smiles and a welcoming attitude. Much appreciated. And the breakfast was excellent. Plenty of options, quality ingredients. I got the feel
