A small downside..
A small downside... lack of storage space for clothes. Otherwise very good.
Perfect location
Pros: Very well located near the metro that takes you to the center. The receptionist in the afternoon is very friendly and helps you with everything. The space is ample to move around. It's hard to get used to the square pillows. Cons: It's hard to get used to the square pillows. It's not a 4-star hotel as we know in Spain, it lacks a lot of maintenance. We changed rooms twice because the wardrobe was about to fall and these are things that are so obvious that the same lady who makes the beds could have warned so they don't rent it. The third room is not the one we give, but the trash can had
Stay entirely consistent with my expectations.
Pros: I had requested a quiet room facing the courtyard and my request was taken into account. Cons: Kitchen area is really small.
Nightmare for families.
Pros: Nothing Cons: The room was not prepared for 4 people. We arrived in the middle of the night and had to search for blankets and pillows. Not recommended. The night porter knew nothing and could not really help. With 2 children, it was simply a nightmare!!!
