I thought the room had everything someone could need whether on a vacation or on business. It was clean, comfortable, and I couldn't hear any neighbors.

Excellent location, Very Comfortable I will return to this boutique hotel. It’s located centrally in Kirkland with easy access to to downtown and the waterfront. Kirkland, Bellevue and just minutes to downtown Seattle make it perfect for business. It’s quiet and has all the amenities for walking, shopping and dinning in the area. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds, quality linens. The desk, lighting and other amenities such as coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator make it extra comfortable.
