It was ordinary, clean, and comfortable, but the hospitality was not very noticeable.
Pros: There were plenty of towels. Clean. The cafe is open 24 hours. Cons: During busy times at the cafe, there was no one at the front desk, so I couldn't ask what I wanted to. In the room guide, it was written that there is an ice maker on the 1st floor, but there wasn't actually one. I wanted some creativity in the breakfast menu.
Will definitely come back for the next trip.
Pros: Very nice concept. Can wash clothes. Loved the space. Cons: A bit small for 2 luggage. But overall good.
Functional for a stay in Sapporo.
Pros: Overall very good. Quiet room, small nonetheless, but we knew that. Perfect location. Cons: Staff is okay, not very friendly, Starbucks-like atmosphere, so we just pass by without seeking any conversation. The breakfast is frankly uninteresting, a warm sandwich, pizza-like, greasy, meh.

Although it's a bit of a walk from the station, it's still a great place to stay!
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, and a lot of thought has clearly gone into the room's design and furnishings. The hot water comes on quickly, and the water pressure is great. Cons: It's a little bit far from the station, about 8-10 minutes walk.
