Staff are lovely, but imo, the pictures on here, are slightly misleading.

Pros: Location was excellent. Exactly what we wanted. Cons: The room wasnt as per photos. Very cramped family room. Doors were hard to open for kids as they hadnt been trimmed to fit over carpets. Room was also in the lower ground floor, and room was extremely hot. The window, which looked put on the basement stairs, had a small bathroom lock across to hold it shut, and bars in front of it, whilst sleeping, i had to move any reachable items out of the way and sleep next to.it, as my kids were a bit worried someone woukd try reach through. Pros: Lokalita super, blízko nádraží a metra Cons: Velice skromné vybavení, postrádala jsem jakýkoliv odkládací a úložný prostor, v koupelně nebylo kam si co položit, postel tvrdá, byla jsem v 6.patře bez výtahu, takže pro mě náročné

Pros: Staff were great from first nght , really friendly and gave us information of what was around us . Cons: Was a bit of an un usual request for the key to be held back as we left premises , we never heard of that and were a bit un easy but thankfully all was good and nothing taken . As you hear many stories of hotels entering and taking property . Room is exceptionally small for a triple bedroom , toilet had a smell every morning ,window didnt open and there is no privacy with a half drawn curtain ! Zero air con other than a fan ! Did not know there was no elevator , had we had a lot of l
