Good and not so good.
Pros: Apartment was great and spotlessly clean. Nice location. Extremely spacious apartment. Well decorated throughout. Cons: Entrance to building bin store was overflowing with rubbish and smelled really bad. No internal double glazing, so the pub noise was really loud, which quietened down at about 3am. Noisy neighbours.
