Muito tranquila, me senti acolhida e em casa.
Pros: O Hotel é bem simples mas é confortavel e silecioso. No meu caso, eu cheguei numa sexta à noite para embarcar num cruzeiro no dia seguinte. Eu estava louca por um banho quentinho e encontrei quando eu cheguei. Banheiro confortavel e limpo, a cama limpa, confortavel e cheirosa, tudo simples mas tudo funcionando 100%. No dia seguinte tomei meu café da manha no melhor estilo ingles ( sou brasileira mas estava curiosa para provar algo diferente e fui positivamente impacatada). O proprietário do hotel, um senhor educado e prestativo me ajudou a levar as malas (pela escada mas são pucos lances

Pros: John was lovely and it was a comfortable room and a great breakfast.
Cons: I was going to say a bit expensive but I suppose Southampton is at this time of year and it is a cruise terminal.
