We really enjoyed our short stay here and hope to return
Pros: The hotel is a 600 year old historical building which is lovely, with spacious rooms and lovely private garden and parking. The lady owner (whose name we don't know) was really welcoming and friendly and the staff were friendly and efficient. After a long hot day driving, this detour was well worth it. Food was also first class. We hope to return. Cons: There was nothing we didn't like but some people may have wanted air conditioning. Even though the temperature was around 29 degrees it was a little overcast when we arrived and just opening the window was fine for us and the dogs.
