Warm, Welcoming and Perfect Location
Pros: The Larkwood was perfect for our stay. It was very cold for us coming from the North but we felt warm and cost in our room. It was clean and we were given a breakfast hamper which was wonderful. Helena also cooks a mean breakfast 😊 she is warm and welcoming and very accommodating. Thanks for having us and I’m sure we will see you again 🙏🏼 Cons: Coming from a rural property it was different hearing the traffic but we had a laugh and got use to it

Lovely, homely stay with a wonderful host.
The room was extremely comfortable with well thought out decor and design features. We had our cat with us who settled in very easily being such a homely space. Helena was such a wonderful host as well, I would highly recommend staying 2+ nights and opting for the breakfast option because Helena was a very good cook. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with her while we enjoyed her homecooked breakfast.

Beautiful Lorn
Pros: Friendly greeting, small thoughtful touches eg. extra doona, spreads in fridge, wide variety of Teas, breakfast foods, comfy bed, location was perfect Cons: Can't think of anything!

Hostess was great and welcoming, excellent breakfast and good location for our needs.
Pros: Host was excellent with great breakfast. Comfortable bed and aircon. Cons: Advertised as an apartment, but only one large room with Tea & coffee alcove, with ensuite. I expected larger accommodation for an apartment. TV reception poor, as is located in the alcove, recommend moving to back wall for better reception.
