Pros: A comfortable stay with a common area to relax outside of rooms. Hot and cold water urn in common area. Close to the mall in a safe quiet area. Free breakfast :) Cons: I had some trouble getting recommendations or advice on activities. Staff are not motivated to discuss or assist- just say look on Google. There are 'to do' books available at the breakfast table, but they are mostly out of date. It's missing a 'vibe' for travellers. This could be easily solved by setting something similar to a set group chat session each day/evening where interested travellers can meet and share/plan idea

I really enjoyed my stay at Laura's Backpacker
I really enjoyed my stay at Laura's Backpacker. It felt more like staying in a friendly neighborhood than simply staying at a hostel. The neighborhood was lovely, and I had some really nice interactions with local people. And of course, I absolutely loved the cats! 🐱 The place was comfortable and had a very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. I actually liked the feeling of being part of the neighborhood for a few days. I later needed to stay a little longer before taking a night train, so I arranged an extra half-day directly at the property. It was more expensive than booking online, bu
