Nice location, friendly helpful people
Pros: The location by the lake, the spacious rooms, the helpful staff. Cons: The house is a bit run-down and needs some love and attention from carpenters, plumbers, and painters.

I do not recommend this property, especially in the summer.
Pros: Good location - close to the lake. Cons: No air conditioning, terrible heat on the upper floor in the bedroom. The window is placed directly low above the bed, so it couldn't be opened, and it doesn't open in a slanted way, completely unthoughtful room arrangement. No door to the bathroom, shower walls transparent. There was a fan, but so loud that it was impossible to sleep near it. The property photos on booking.com are mainly from larger apartments in the property, there were no photos from the one I stayed in, which is clearly deceiving customers.

Pros: The location, the kind staff Cons: Very small apartment, nothing like the photos provided, the air conditioner doesn't work very well, and the parking is mostly occupied.

Wonderful!
Pros: Everything was nice, clean, and well-maintained. The only issue was that the second floor gets very hot, and the fan is not enough to keep it comfortable, especially during warm weather. I would highly recommend installing an air conditioner to make guests' stay more pleasant. Cons: The only thing missing is an air conditioner, as it gets very hot in the summer.
