Pros: Great location on the beach, large room, lovely staff, bath and shower. Could accommodate a late checkout. Cons: Located next to a bar so you can hear the music even in the room during the day. Music stops at 10pm.

I had booked a stay at Layalina because I was genuinely excited about bringing my 67-year-old mother to Phuket for her birthday. We booked the 90 sqm Duplex Private Ocean View with Rooftop and were looking forward to what was supposed to be a very special mother-son trip. This is just a boutique hotel, yet the attitude from reception was as though they were operating at the level of a major international luxury brand such as Pullman, Hyatt or Marriott except the basic customer service I experienced was nowhere close to what I would expect from those brands. Pros: المكان جميل جدا وهادئ وعلى البحر مباااااااشره الفندق صغير لكنه رايق تمنيت كانت سفرتي كلها عندهم في سفين اليفين خلف الفندق والفطور عندهم حلو ولذيذ مو بوفيه انتو تختارون من القائمه ايش تبغون تاكلون اليوم وتعطونهم الورقه صباح بدري او من الليل … الموظفه فرح متعاااونه جدا لو رجعت بوكت ثاني ارجع اسكن فيه لانه على شاطئ كمالا مباشره الي مهتمين بالمسبح ترا صغير جدا Cons: كل شي جميل
