Cons: Rien.

Lovely newer property with the most amazing views of the lake and mountains. Clean and spacious room with a beautiful balcony to enjoy the sunsets. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

A quiet and comfortable place with amazing panoramic views over Lake Annecy
Amazing location (so long as you are comfortable walking up a steep hill to enjoy the panoramic views!).
