Brilliant hidden Gem Brussels hotel
Brilliant location, hidden GEM What an amazing experience, you go up the escalator into a whole new paradise of efficiency and comfort. Friendliness, great service, excellent food. the Rooms are beyond amazing with 5 star toiletries. Room service was exceptional!!!! Centrally located and one can walk to most attractions. Great shopping with sales everywhere😊. Was about 1h30 to Spa race track and 30 Min from Tommorow Land music Fest. Just incase you want to book.

Was a fantastic stay. They made my boyfriends birthday special and would definitely recommended and stay again
Pros: Was easy to locate and rooms and staff were amazing Cons: Kitchen closed early on a Sunday evening

Room not ready and poorly maintained
was disappointed with my stay. The location is good, but the room did not meet the standard I expected. When I was given my room key, I went upstairs only to find that the room was still being cleaned. It was inconvenient to arrive and discover that the room was not ready yet. The room was also poorly maintained. The bathroom ceiling was peeling, which gave the room an uncared-for appearance. Overall, the room felt worn out and in need of proper maintenance. The staff was polite, but these issues significantly affected my experience. With better maintenance and better organization of the ch

Great hotel in a convenient location.
Pros: Great staff, comfortable beds, great breakfast, nice courtyard for evening drinks, and a convenient location. Would definitely stay again on another visit to Brussels. Cons: Nothing.
