Will never stay here again and won’t recommend it
Pros: The staff was nice. Cons: There’s no electrical outlets in the bathroom. The shower door would not stay closed. There’s one microwave to share on the 6th floor. The elevators don’t work correctly at all.

Thank Heavens for Le Meridien Essex Chicago!
The staff at Le Meridien Essex were incredible! My previous accomodations fell through on me at the last minute while I was in town for the weekend. The staff, specifically the bellhop James and the manager, Kiera helped me get a room for the weekend. This put everything at ease for me since my original plan fell through.

Loud Location
Very loud hotel - constant horn noise from boats or trains all night.
