Great experience
Had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Gurgaon. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. A special thank you to Lokesh from Housekeeping for his outstanding service. He was professional, attentive, and ensured that my room was always spotless and well organized. His dedication and attention to detail truly enhanced my stay.

Good stay
Hotel overall is great. Front desk staff are very attentive. I was checked in by Arushi who was super helpful and provided very personalised service. All elite benefits were highlighted and an upgrade offered. Food in the lounge is also good, but room service and also the cafe downstairs was disappointing on several occasions. Once I highlighted this to the F&B director, he and his team went out of the way to regain my trust and confidence. That was appreciated
