Nice but cold
Pros: The staff is very friendly. Everything is very close and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and clean Cons: It's very cold in the rooms and the heating doesn't help because it has a temperature limit
We had a great time. We enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed our week's stay at Le Meridien Reforma. Our remodeled view room on the 16th floor was beautiful! It had a living room, separate bedroom with king bed, kitchenette and spacious bathroom. We loved the pool and jacuzzi and used the gym almost daily. We had a delicious brunch at La Glorioso Restaurant and frequented The Latitude Bar in the evening. There was even a very good singer one night and we enjoyed her music. Every member of the staff was excellent! They were so friendly and helpful. Victor and Vanessa at the Concierge desk gave us so many great suggestions for museums, restaura
The worst Le Meridien hotel I ever stayed in.
Pros: Location Cons: The shower faucet was installed wrong. You should turn left for hot water but instead in their newly renovated room, you have to turn right for hot water. Plus, their downstairs restaurant was the worst 5-star hotel restaurant I have ever had. Stay away. The worst part was their room service was understaffed. They wouldn't clean my room till 4 pm which I just made it back from my daily sightseeing and inconsistent on their cleaning.
If you are bothered by the external light, do not choose this accommodation
