Would not book again
Pros: The staff were really nice and the location was great. Cons: Our room air did not work properly, it never got cool. Only suitable. We were moved to another room and the air still wasn’t working. The property looks renovated/remodeled from a very old building. It was giving 3 star hotel

A Joy to stay here!
Pros: The Front Desk Staff person Joy was just as her name indicated - a joy! She went out of her way for me when i had an issue to address. She understands the true meaning of customer service. I was very impressed. The hotel is clean, modern, and well positioned close to the French Quarter and an easy walk to the convention center. Cons: I liked it all.

Disappointing
Pros: Location Cons: Staff was very rude, no welcoming at all. The common areas were dirty my entire stay. Ive stayed at the location several times and was always happy with the service I received but this time Im not sure what changed but this was a very disappointing stay
